Saigontourist welcomes over 2,600 tourists by sea in a day

The Saigontourist Travel Service Company on November 4 alone received over 2,600 foreign visitors aboard two cruise liners. (The Saigontourist Travel Service Company has so far this year welcomed over 85,000 foreign visitors by sea.)
The Costa Allegra Ship anchored at Saigon Port to let nearly 1,350 tourists mostly from Italy, Spain and the UK make a one-day tour of Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. The ship will then leave for central Da Nang City. Meanwhile, more than 1,300 Chinese tourists on board the SuperStar Aquarius visited Ha Long Bay in northeastern Quang Ninh Province, a UNESCO-recognised world natural heritage. Saigontourist expects to receive over 1,000 tourists on board the Super Aquarius Ship at Tien Sa Port in Da Nang City on November 11. The company has so far this year welcomed over 85,000 foreign visitors by sea, representing a 80 percent increase over the same period last year.
